About Dottie

Dottie is a sweet soul who came to us through difficult circumstances after her beloved owner passed away. When no family members were able to give her the care she needed, we stepped in to save this precious girl from being euthanized.

Despite her recent challenges, Dottie's loving spirit shines through in everything she does! This happy girl greets each day with excitement and approaches everyone she meets with genuine affection. Her wagging tail and joyful demeanor are absolutely contagious!

Like many of us, Dottie has a few things that make her a bit nervous. Car rides aren't her favorite, and she needs a little time to adjust to new situations. But once she feels secure, her true personality blossoms! Her ideal afternoon involves luxurious naps on her plush bed followed by her absolute favourite thing in the world—belly rubs!

Dottie has had good interactions with children but can be quite rambunctious at times therefore should only be placed with dog savvy kids. 

Dottie is currently being evaluated with other dogs to determine her compatibility. She would thrive in a stable, patient home where she can establish a routine and feel safe as she bonds with her new family.
