Amor is an incredibly sweet and affectionate girl whose name says it all - she's pure love! This devoted companion thrives on cuddles and attention, making her the perfect match for someone looking for a loyal sidekick who will shower them with endless affection. Amor has quickly become a volunteer favorite because of her gentle, loving nature and her genuine appreciation for every moment of attention she receives.

With medium energy levels, Amor is wonderfully balanced - she loves going for walks with her favorite people but is equally content lounging around the house. She has the most adorable habit of rolling around in grass and on carpet, pure joy written all over her face as she enjoys life's simple pleasures. This sunshine-loving girl also has a special fondness for cozy blankets and will happily curl up wherever she can soak up some warmth and comfort.

Amor is looking to be the one and only pet in her forever home, where she can be the center of attention and receive all the love she deserves. Amour is reactive and aggressive towards other dogs so we will need ongoing management and training for this. She's made impressive progress learning to walk calmly past other dogs, though she still needs a patient and understanding family who can continue working with her on this skill. Her walks are generally wonderful - she has good leash manners and truly enjoys exploring the world with her people.

At home, Amor displays excellent house manners and has quickly adapted to indoor living. She loves sharing the bed and couch with her humans, and when she's feeling playful, she enjoys her plush and squeaky toys. While she's not overly food-motivated, she does appreciate special treats, especially chicken! Amor likes to keep watch out the window and alerting her family to any interesting happenings outside.

This sweet girl does get a bit nervous during thunderstorms and prefers to stay dry (baths aren't her favorite!), but these are small quirks that make her even more endearing. She's comfortable being left alone and will patiently wait by the window for her family's return, though she's always happiest when surrounded by the people she loves.

Amor is ready to pour all her love into the right family - one that understands her need to be the sole focus of their pet affection.
